No. BADEYA cannot guarantee Federal Immigration determinations or outcomes but will make every effort to obtain a successful outcome for clients

Many factors contribute to the time required for the process. It can sometimes years from start to finish.

BADEYA charges a nominal initial consultation fee of $25. There are no other fees charged by BADEYA (although clients must pay the required USCIS and other federal application fees).
